poor customer service, not able to link annual ticket to facepass, and even following latest app update all annual pass disappeared from my account, no one to support, I try with guest service, DTD help desk email, call, contact Yas by email but no response

One of the most useless app I have ever used. Face pass never get assigned to annual tickets. Have been trying for years to get it done. Always gets an error message and asks us to get in touch with guest service. Guest service in two or three different parks have no clue how to get it done. Contacted the Yas Island toll free number also multiple times. They just simply give the same reply and waste our valuable time. Re-login, reinstall, remove/re-add face pass, wait for 24 hrs etc. Very bad.

This app pretends it gives you the choice for ticketing and that it does not require your biometrics. In practice, they require you to let them access any nearby device, your exact location, and the tickets it provides still require facial verification. All in all, it was completely useless to me and yet it managed to access a lot of my personal information!
