This aims for a faster and more convenient using experience of CARBINOX. Carbinox Pro APP cannot view, upload or save any of your private information.

Carbinox Pro APP is currently compatible with VORTEX , it is expected to ensure compatibility with more upcoming models.
Carbinox Pro APP is not compatible with the others old models.

**S23+ user** - I just received my Carbinox Vortex watch. I installed the app ahead of time. I just opened the app, created an account, and formatted my settings with no issues whatsoever. Great functionality for the most part. Obviously, with this being a lower end to mid range product, you get what you pay for. However, I do appreciate the company's persistence in attempting to provide a more premium experience for this product.

Horrible app watch is nice if it would stay in sync and be more accurate. The app never works. All I can say is they had me fooled. But for 165 bucks you can't beat all the things it comes with and the looks of it. But that's about it. Highly recommend getting a galaxy watch or Samsung. It brags about all these features but the all never work

App disconnects from watch all the time. I've uninstalled app, reinstalled and restarted watch many times and it fails to reconnect. Frustrating as hell! My Galaxy watch stays connected when I bluetooth that on.
