I've read so many complaints about this app. nobody offering solutions. yes user unfriendly at first. I also had troubles simply logging in. every time getting a message in a foreign language. almost 2 weeks later trying every day, finally discovered some stuff. 1. the message basically says you have to agree to the terms of service. 2. the box is at the very bottom of the page, written in tiny letters that are almost the same color as the background. check it and login

The band is too difficult to take apart for charging; and the angle of the USB male makes it difficult to charge correctly. The angle makes it take up space from other charging items as well. Very inconvenient charging system. One shouldn't have to dismantle an item in order to charge it. I feel like I'm going to break it every time. It is equally difficult to put back together. The actual operations that I can find seem fine, but I have no idea where many of them are. Not user friendly.

First, they sent me 6 extra watches I didn't ask for, so as soon as they came in, I "returned ro sender". They sent 2 others but neither will charge. Does anyone know what I could be doing wrong? When I plug the watch into the USB port, it lights up, but when I unplug it later thinking it's charged, it didn't even begin to charge. It's really disappointing because the little time I wore it, they worked great--bp and heart rate registered close to right! But can't use either!
