​I am facing several issues with my IMIKI MB1-AOC watch and its app. Please look into the following: ​Watch Faces: Very limited and poor quality. ​Connectivity: Frequent Bluetooth drops and pairing failures. ​Calling: The calling feature often fails to work. ​App Performance: The app is extremely slow. ​Notifications: Repeated notifications even after clearing them. ​Sound Issue: Watch rings even when the phone is on silent mode. ​Please provide a firmware or app update to fix these bugs.

Especially in applications such as Spotify youtube, notifications are constantly displayed. This is disturbing. It also does not support Turkish characters on the notification screen. If you are going to continue to sell in the Turkish market, you should make these updates.Finally, you can introduce innovations such as app graphics and fonts.

I've bought the watch, downloaded the app one month ago, unfortunately the watch was a big disappointment as I bought it because it said it can be connected to any type of smart phone, although my phone is Redmi 10 2022 while it's connected, it do nothing but making and receiving call, other app notifications or messages nothing appears, since then I made two complaints to the customer service and technical support, the result up till now NOTHING, It's just a wast of money and time DON'T BUY IT.
