love the idea of this but I find the blue silicon ends are not quite firm enough. not sure what the black tools are for. but wouldn't put them in my ear at all as one of them broke when I took it out the packed to look at it. I am obsessed with this tool. (weird that I am). at least I know my ears are clean. wish the camera had a bigger lens tho. very easy to use. but connecting cuts off a bit too much

very good product and it's very easy to set up. it is very simple to do but most importantly you can see everything on your phone as you are getting it all out. very good buy

Worked for about 2 minutes. Then the device disconnected and It won't turn off
