Perfect addition to my training!!!
My most preferred practice - on the move now mostly working in foreign countries, I used to drag CD's and a laptop with me. This is all simplified by this App on my tablet. Exactly what I had on the DVD's: a very good non-impact core workout, great for rebuilding my core after a serious back injury and operation. The DVD's - book - App will be of great help to everybody. But you need to practice! I suggest 30 minutes per day.
A fantastic addition to my training, in a portable format. Dr. Yang's books have an honored place in my home, and I'm overjoyed to have this new video reference for learning and review in my pocket. This is really a great thing!
