God awful customer service. They cut off my service with no warning, would not accept payments from three different cards and refused to respond to my requests. I urge anyone to look elsewhere for cell service.

bad service, bad customer service, the app bah!, sometimes it not goes well and the mode how you learn coins is poor (the amount for learn coin for day is low, very low). I didn't have service for over 10 days, and in the end, they say it was my fault for not letting them know. How can I let them know if I didn't even have service? For over 10 days, leaving the customer without service, and in the end, you blame the customer for what happened. That's terrible.

I signed up for the 30 day free trial, and after a few days of singing up it stopped working. After that I've been trying over and over again to reach out to support to help me cancel the service and there's no response, tried every support email, reached out to every social media, but is impossible to communicate with support and get the help needed. Update: so after days of trying, insisting, it appears my request has been solved today. It needs to improve your support & communication system.
