On 2 different devices, on the first night of using it, this garbage app stopped running even with the devices plugged in, causing baby to cry for who knows how long. Everything was fully updated and my quality router never lost power. Unforgivable. Also, the coding of every aspect of the monitor and app is obviously very buggy.

When the app works, its actually easy to use from what I've been doing with it so far (I haven't tested all features yet). The big thing is "when", as in sometimes it won't allow me to sign in AT ALL which can be quite frustrating since the primary reason for such a device is to have some degree of monitoring while you're away from your child. At least get the basic issue fixed.

The camera is very nice but, this app is SO TERRIBLE, it negates all of the good about the product. Camera doesn't open half of the time, app is always crashing, always has bugs, logs you out and doesn't let you access your account, half of the time it doesn't respond to the settings you place in the app (light, sound, etc) and the list goes on!! They need to just have a portable tablet to go with this device bc this app renders the baby monitor practically useless!!
