lousy app, bought data to japan cannot even work. they agreed on the refund but already more than 15 working days not even processed. keep asking for order id, transaction number and i gave it multiple times. they dont have any record on their end ????

need to upload my passport to be able to use my esim. not secured for personal details. be aware of Chinese app. After 5 days used, suddenly couldn't login to my account... hopefully my esim will last to the end?!?!? it's actually "CM Link~China Mobile"

Cheap and poor service. It's the cheapest deal I can find, BUT it's not worth wasting your time. Every other day, I needed to reconnect the eSIM; it automatically cut the service short for a couple of days without notice, forcing you to waste extra time figuring out what happened and extra money to buy additional data. Very poor customer service, as you end up spending a couple of hours each day trying to get things right. In conclusion, don't bother.
