About this app
It all stems from "Laughter Yoga", which is a form of yoga that makes use of self-induced laughter. From an idea of the Indian doctor from Mumbai, Madan Kataria, the first "Laughter Club" originated, in a public park, on March 13, 1995, with a tiny group of active members. Laughter Yoga, in fact, has given birth to different clubs, or groups of people who meet regularly (in presence or, in this particular moment that we are living, in "virtual rooms") to share experiences, laughter exercises and much more. other...
Today there are over 10,000 clubs distributed in about 100 countries that make this form of yoga a worldwide phenomenon.
The main purpose of our app is to make known the local clubs present throughout the country and associated with YoRido, a Social Promotion Association born precisely to spread the Yoga of laughter.
Yoridapp is aimed at all those who are interested (or simply curious) about what revolves around the world of Laughter Yoga ... and who, perhaps, want to know how it works, how to participate in the next session (virtual and / or in nearest presence), etc.
Our app is free and allows everyone to access the content shared by the Leaders and Trainers of the various Italian YoRido Clubs and to find out which Clubs are closest, what will be the next events, contact a Trainer, listen to laughter, see videos on the topic and much more!
