I like the fact that there's a reward system, investment for rewards is balanced. Easy enough to order online, customization is a bit limited. What I didn't like was that the coupons that are sent every so often (1-3 times a month) last one day only. So it feels a bit too strict. But overall, if the coupons were a bit more lenient, it would be a solid app.

The only franchise app that accepts coupons! It's not intuitive but it's found in the profile area! They lack the option for extras, such as extra onions. Definitely not an oversight, they want to cut cost by only allowing you to subtract/substitute things. They would otherwise be a 5 star app; I love onions.

App works but isn't as easy to navigate. Been using the app for awhile, order and pickup so don't have to wait as long. The downside, that wasn't the case before, is ordering through the app now charges a digital service fee (Yoshinoya advertises the app but charges for using it, wow). Once I saw that, I just went somewhere else for food.
