It's a decent ordering app, my main issue with the whole thing is the accuracy of whatever you ordered. I've narrowed it down to this being 60% an issue with the application itself and ordering process. the other 40% is usually an issue with the individual location. No matter what you order, you will always have either missing items or a completely inaccurate order! Several times I have had to return my menu item, or to pick up a item that was assured to be included but was not! MISSING ITEMS!

Not a good app. Very basic and doesn't work well with Facebook connection as I was not able to log in with my Facebook and had to create a new email account to use for creating the account instead of through Facebook connection. Because I couldn't log in, I didn't get points from my order. They don't let you scan receipts like most other apps do.

The app works; does what it needs to. The reward system isn't as great compared to other restaurant apps or Yoshinoya's old reward system, but it's otherwise serviceable. My only current complaint mostly lies with inaccurate store hour listings if anything. Granted, this is difficult to keep constantly updated due to the nature of the matter. It was only something I had noticed when I went to pick up an order and the door had different hours listed than in-app.
