It gives me no problem and I was able to redeem my free bowl without error.(Edited) this review originally had 5 stars but I changed my mind. I loved the app but it's pointless to have the app if I'm being shorted on my food. the Yoshinoya I frequented had been giving me smaller portions than I pay for and often times do they put an insulting amount of meat on my plate. the customer service is great but it's pointless if I don't get the food I pay for

It's a decent ordering app, my main issue with the whole thing is the accuracy of whatever you ordered. I've narrowed it down to this being 60% an issue with the application itself and ordering process. the other 40% is usually an issue with the individual location. No matter what you order, you will always have either missing items or a completely inaccurate order! Several times I have had to return my menu item, or to pick up a item that was assured to be included but was not! MISSING ITEMS!

I just spent over 30 minutes trying to order on this app (uninstalled/reinstalled, logged in), but the dang app won't even let you move on from the "takeout/delivery" option screen. I can't even start an order. I guess I'll have to eat Panda Express tonight. UPDATE: (June 9, 2024) The app started working afterwards, at least for two visits, but today it started with the SAME PROBLEM again as before: The menu items DO NOT appear in order to select. FIX IT!
