I'm using a Samsung S23. Over the last week+ I've tried a dozen times to complete my download & sign up for this app, but I'm experiencing a bug when prompted to enter the text code. OCEAN has my info, but I can't access the app. They reached out randomly for general feedback & I had a conversation w/their CEO Josh. I wasn't able to comment on whether I liked the app or not, the stores they work with etc., but did provide him with the problems I'm experiencing. Hoping they fix the bug

didn't ask to be subscribed. ordered off tipsy elves and it forced me to subscribe. Just got charged and no way to cancel! you open the app and there's literally nothing there... just options to add payment method, which I'm NOT doing! how do I cancel??? I'm pretty livid right now!

Extremely shoddy app, as well as company...if this is even considered a legitimate company. The email they have attached to "contact" does not even exist. Bought a sweater from TipsyElves with 2-day shipping and cannot cancel the 'free trial.'
