About this app

Azer, the first app/website in the Republic of Yemen for crowdfunding and donations, was launched by Hemmat Shabab Foundation for Development in 2024. Azer aims to strengthen the Foundation's leading role in development by providing advanced technological solutions and building an efficient platform for receiving public donations through e-payments. By leveraging high-end ICT for community service, Azer supports sustainable development projects, boosts Yemen's entrepreneurial sector and facilitates donations for both emergency humanitarian cases posted in the app and charities participating in Azer.

• Ease and speed of receiving support and donations via electronic payment methods at any time and from anywhere.
• Covering the widest possible geographical area in the Republic of Yemen quickly delivering support and donations to various sectors through electronic payment methods.
• The application/website is considered a secure donation gateway for the projects and activities of various charitable organizations through the ability of the public to donate easily through electronic payment methods, and without deducting any amounts from the donations, so that the application/website constitutes a link between donors and charitable institutions present on the platform.
• Follow your total donations and the impact of your contribution to all sectors, step by step, through the (My Reports) icon included in your profile.
• Reminder to donate by activating the donation alarm feature to be able to provide assistance on the date and time chosen by the user.
• Managing donations received through the platform, running projects completely electronically through electronic wallets, and enhancing the role of financial inclusion in the development and relief field in Yemen.
• Providing volunteer work and training opportunities for young people through coordination and linking between institutions and those registered on the platform through the trainees/volunteers request icon.
• Activating the role of community contribution and advancing development by enhancing the role of the private sector by supporting development and humanitarian projects and providing many services to society through the community contribution icon.
