Setup is beyond frustrating. I've setup the Mila 3 times and after successfully connecting to wifi, a minute later it goes offline. I'm hoping the purifier is better than the app. As of right now, less than impressed. Update: Everything seems to be working now. The start was rough but am enjoying the Milas that we purchased, along with the app. Not sure if it was user error or if the user needed to be more patient. Probably the latter.

I've had my purifiers for almost a year now and am mostly pretty happy with them. I do wish some of the auto-magic options were more customizable though, particularly sleep mode. For me the auto sleep mode is still too noisy for falling asleep, so I end up manually turning the thing off at night and turning it back on in the morning (when I remember).

@Denyalle - thanks for the love and thanks for trusting us with the air you breathe! We know how important sleep is and have a number of settings, including Light Sleeper. Will also share your feedback with the product team to see if we can customize it more/include some scheduling options.

The air purifier it's self is pretty good but the app is just awful. Huge holes in the data on graphs. I don't think I have a single day I can find in the app that has a complete data set. Connectivity is very dicey and varies from day to day which is very annoying. The layout makes zero sense. Why do I need to go multiple menus deep to check how the AQI is compared to outside? Considering the data collection is the standout feature of this very expensive purifier, I wouldn't buy this product.

@eamonn–sorry to hear that you've had a rocky start with the Mila app! We've been going through some connectivity challenges, which we're actively working to resolve. In addition to giving you those deeper insights, hope you've been able to go through other aspects of the app. Happy to go through them if you send us a note at support@milacares.com.

What's new

Say hello to Mila 1.13, and a brand new onboarding flow at setup. 🙌 Mila will now automatically connect during the pairing process to make it easier than ever to get started. Plus, get vibin’ with Mila’s latest mode – Chronic Mode. Activate this mode and Mila will go into overdrive to get rid of even the stickiest of the icky in the air. It's a touch more hidden than others, for obvious reasons. To activate it, add or switch your room type to Music Studio in the Mila app.
