for being online and given free consultation( if your insurance covers it) i received a very warm response and quick response to my call the customer service call was good it was helpful and warm and the doctors consultation was also very attentive they listened to what i am saying and understood and provided me with the best advice people living far from any clinics or who's insurance covering clinics are far they should for sure use trudoc its very helpful 🙌🏻

prescriptions and Lab reports are not showing while the WhatsApp from TruDoc says to.open the App. Does Trudoc know that their App is not functional partially

Horrible experience. perviously this was amazing but now it's extremely disappointing. One time I called because it was middle of late night and it took 6 hours to get medicine it was practically a new day, I ended up going to hospital. And recently again when I called (recommend from a friend who said they are good now) everything went find but they messed up with ny medication they gave me the wrong medicine and one of the main medicine was not even added in prescription, which I asked for.
