Horrible experience. perviously this was amazing but now it's extremely disappointing. One time I called because it was middle of late night and it took 6 hours to get medicine it was practically a new day, I ended up going to hospital. And recently again when I called (recommend from a friend who said they are good now) everything went find but they messed up with ny medication they gave me the wrong medicine and one of the main medicine was not even added in prescription, which I asked for.

App doesnt work. It shut downs automatically everytime I try to open.

Worst experience when i required trudoc the most due to below reasons. 1. There is no option to text the reception person, i had bad throat. I stuggled to speak, still the person couldn't get my insurance number. I tried very hard. The camera support is extremely poor because i tried showing her my ID, i use a Samsung s9+ btw. 2. I tried again, a different guy took the call, he couldn't find my details itself in his system. He said customer support will look into it and get back to you.
