Great Customer support - I was just learning about this product and the app. When I had questions, I got a response within 12 hours of submission which I thought was great seeing as they are most likely on a different time zone than the US. Once I played around with things, I got more familiar with it and my confidence in this app grew. It is easier than I thought to figure out and learn. Based on what I've encountered with only weeks of playing around with, I would highly recommend it

I have been using this app for a few months , easy to use and has all the requirements to run your 360. It will be nice if the creator can add more professional and executive stylel border frames for birthdays and weddings which will make the videos look so professional...

I have the MWE 360 photobooth and is using this software...have did 2 events with it and some of our customers from both events are saying they did not receive their video. We have used both sharing station and auto station and still getting the same problem. Very bad for business. Can you please let me know what I can do differently cause this is not good hence the 2 stars.
