Ratings and reviews

The app needs to be updated immediately. It constantly crashes while looking for a provider, logs you out while in the middle of a search, while logging back in can give you a random error making it impossible to log in again, need to uninstall and re install. This is unacceptable for an app that is crucial to get medical care to be this unusable.

If you're going to let some misguided opinion convince you that restricting screenshots is some sort of a security safeguard, at least allow users to copy text in order to paste provider names in a web browser so they can research them online. And this is needed because, while it is a nice thought to include provider health grades in the app, they just aren't comprehensive. Way too many providers with no ratings.

I'm new to Surest and the service itself seems pretty good, but the app needs help. Trying to show the back of the ID card so that it can be scanned, and it glitches out in landscape mode. I assume it's never been tested. Searching for a specialty and then searching for a specific provider brings up the name that I'm looking for. Clicking on their name crashes the app. Two showstopper bugs in two days. I'm not impressed.
