Most of the app can be browsed without creating an account. Signing in is only required for features such as saving favorites, submitting reviews, adding a place, or managing a business listing.

Business owners can add new listings or request ownership of an existing place. Listings, ownership requests, and reviews may be reviewed before being published to help maintain the quality of the information.

Location access is optional and is only used to show nearby places or select a location when submitting a business listing.
