The software mainly includes three sports modes: course sports, free sports and planned sports. Course sports: You can watch the teaching video directly in YPOOFIT, follow the coach's steps, and make the sports process more standard. Free exercise: only exercise can be started after the corresponding exercise equipment is directly associated. You can directly control the fitness equipment through YPOOFIT, cooperate with the scene changes of free exercise, and give more fun to the exercise process. Plan exercise: You can build your own exercise plan. After associating with the corresponding equipment, the fitness equipment will automatically adjust the speed, gear, slope, resistance and other parameters of the equipment according to the arranged plan. You don't need to pay attention to the control equipment, so that the exercise can be more focused.

Connected to my treadmill and had controls for it the first time, so i know it can work, but now when i open the app i have to reconnect Bluetooth every time and i see no way within the app to return to the manual controls for my treadmill. Also, i recommend the app creators use ChatGPT to revise all text so it makes sense for us English speakers.

The usability is really bad on Android. The top buttons are below Android controls. The translation to English is very bad. I created a Plan and if I track heart rate above 130 my exercise stops. Wasn't able to find a way to configure.

Could not even create an account, would not send me the verification code after the first time. love the walking pad though. Will use another app.
