This app has very simple n interface along with videos. It is apt for every one. I practice the breathing technique in the app 4 times a day it lets me regulate my emotions and thoughts. Off lately have also observed that forgiveness and ppm helps me stay energetic , positive and productive throughout the day. It males me feel so peaceful and happy.

Its a fantastic app. It has helped me in many ways. Right from building up stamina via simple breathing technique, to being peaceful, emotionaly balanced n managing stress via forgivness n meditation. Wud suggest everyone to go for it n practice on daily basis n see the change by urself.

This is a very profound app. Simple ,short and so so very effective practices. It has everything to heal someone on physical,, emotional, mental level. Regulat practice has helped me enormously at various levels.Thank you YPV !!!
