just purchased boom x1 pro. installed and opened the app, allowed location permission and it says searching for devices. it never finds. why? i tried re connecting, re installing etc. i tried multiple times but the app does not find the device. it connects well and good with device's Bluetooth and is working fine too but the app is not working.

I personally loved the product(earbuds),all things are on point but I didn't like the sound effects it make when tapping or when connected or when changing modes are just useless and unpleasant .

The Ultima Boom 141 earbuds themselves are decent in terms of sound quality, but the app experience is absolutely dreadful. Even though the earbuds are already connected via Bluetooth, the app just refuses to acknowledge them and gets stuck on "searching for device." For a product that's supposed to enhance your audio experience, the app completely ruins it. It’s a shame, because the earbuds have potential but the app is a dealbreaker. I have no choice but to initiate a return.
