Keep getting the same pop up after updating. An error message says, "summer reading program has ended". I signed up for the school year club. Never had an issue until the app. It allowed me to account for 13 days of reading and now the error message pops up. Pretty sure summer reading ended in August so why would it let me account for any days in October at all, if that were the issue?

Awful after update!! I wish I could give it 0 stars! We have not been able to get our December reward or mark January since I updated the app. I have been in communication with bookit, but they aren't offering much help- other than reinstall or update app- all of which I have done, and it's not working at all!!!! It keeps telling the sign up window for bookit has passed, but I'm already signed up. This is a terrible system.

Very frustrating. It was working great but now that we have a prize, it won't let me log in so we can't redeem anything. I have the most current version of the app and it is the worst version so far! Edit (week later) - it finally let me back in but has deleted some of my kids' info including days logged and earned prize. Because of how BookIt is set up, I cannot go back and re-log the missing days. Extremely frustrating.
