Ratings and reviews

Oclean has failed to clean the bugs from its brushes... and has failed its customers. In short, what was a great concept has been replaced with a clunky app that doesn't function. If it connects, it can't upload data. Factory resets - losing all the historic data you bought the toothbrush to collect - don't help. I've recommended Oclean to so many people. Now I'm going to find a replacement. Shame Waterpik don't do brushes anymore...

The toothbrush is great, sometimes you might accidentally change the mode on the brush and you need the app to change it to ones not in the brush. The app requires a login, tick off new terms update each time. I also disabled internet once logged in, found that it would refuse to change the mode on the Bluetooth connected device stating 'no network'. The mode is stored in the app on the phone.

The toothbrush is amazing, the app is not syncing the data. I got Oclean Pro Elite and downloaded the app. I was mostly interested in the overbrushing alert. The app doesn't sync all data, just the battery percentage. I like the app's design but until this sync/data display is resolved I can't rate it higher. Also, one of the articles in the app's 'Library' looks like it's just copied from Wikihow.
