worst delivery service at ,customer service not available,delivery rider not answering call,neither reply on messages ,if theres zero star ,zero,worst worst worst,not recommendable.

it doesn't have a live update, or don't tell as is my parcel over sea or when my parcel is dispatched from china, no information just sent items

Worst customer service and without even call the customer they are updating in the portal customer no answer.. More then 2 weeks I am following up with there service person and customer support to get in courier..
