Ratings and reviews

Bad service, if you choose to ship something through their service don't expect a pick up, I tried two time nobody came to pick up the package also even if you call customer care they are not able to help since the order number that your given through the application cannot be tracked through their system. Basically it's a waste of time.

worst delivery service at ,customer service not available,delivery rider not answering call,neither reply on messages ,if theres zero star ,zero,worst worst worst,not recommendable.

it shows a tracking number that when you do try to track the customer representatives say doesn't exist and also shows the pickup time for the package but the company doesn't stick to it, you have to call for them to actually arrange your order which sometimes they ignore saying the delivery drivers will get in touch with you but they don't actually do. The customer representatives also need more training in regard to shipments and timings of delivery, Because they did not solve my problem.
