Connecting YUNMAI App and their smart device (Smart Scale, Smart Rope), user's data could be storaged and analysised through YUNMAI Health Data Cloud. Ten body measurements, such as weight, body fat, muscle, body water, bone mass will be generated as brief report. The Smart Rope can record the number and duration of rope skipping, with a variety of training and challenge modes for you to choose. You will enjoy a more intelligent and more interesting healthy life with YUNMAI App!

-Data trend: Based on your weight and body fat, a data curve is automatically generated, you can see the changes in your body at a glance.

On Jun 8, my phone stopped connecting with the scale but does connect with everything else. My wife's older phone still connects normally. I believe that app updates had been completed by Google. Wish I could reverse the version 3.8 'update'. Update: App has been working somewhat, it rarely gives more than just weight. Also, Google seems to not allow data transfer to its FITBIT app. This is one of the features that led us to the Yunmai brand. I just wonder if Google only allows its own brand.

Now this is ironic...I've owned this scale for over five years and it has never been fully functional, not even when brand new. It has never recorded any information other than my weight. Customer service refused to do anything helpful while under warranty. Now, after the most recent update, the app just confirms to me that the scale is only recording my weight and nothing else. What a great improvement 🙄 😑

Since the update, it no longer syncs I've had this scale for a couple years and the version of the app that it had when I bought it worked perfectly. The set up was so easy. Never had any issues. Until I just tried using the app for the fist time since the update. Not only is all my previous data gone, it says it doesn't even see my device...even though it managed to change the units from lbs to kg on it? 😑 I bought this scale for the fact that it was 'smart', but now it's just a scale.
