Ratings and reviews

Terrible. The cloud feature is crazy expensive for a year, but unless you subscribe to it, the videos are just about inaccessible. You get motion notifications that you can't watch, but that's only after you watch the video ad that pops up after the app opens. If there was really a threat, you'd be dead before you got the camera's image on your phone. it also loses connection constantly even sitting right next to the network. avoid like the plague.

There are too many ads, plans are to expensive, and before canceling my plan I found I was being double charged. Instead of being refunded the overage amount, the company stop charging me for the extent of my contract and then extended it a few months to balance out the overage. I appreciated this, but I would have liked to receive a refund for the months of double billing. I was told they couldn't refund my bank account. This was the deciding factor for not renewing my plan.

I would give this 5 stars because the cameras are awesome ( I can see a person 100 yards away at night) but all it does is bother you to subscribe to their security deal. the advertisements are real bad too. it takes 30 seconds to get in the camera sometimes. other times the advertisement won't even let you back out. you have to close the app and start over. I gave it 4 stars originally but I am changing it to 3.
