There is intermittent connectivity issues. One side will just decide to not do anything and join in when it feels like it.. Or, one sides output will be stronger.. Or, one side will sing to a different vibe. Sometimes it just works. I also use different TENS pads from Walgreens. You would think the industry would have figured out how to make pads that never need replacing.. pads that don't shock you, buy provides a solid connection - perhaps through a slight suction - a new design is beckoning.

I can't even use these $450 paperweights. The app won't load. "Unexpected exception occured in the program and is about to restart". Even my powerdots work better. In fact I'll return these and just buy more electrodes for the PD - the only reason I changed is I have a bunch of complex pads for the SP 6.0 (which is far from travel friendly).

Update: as of 5/15/2020 the app works now. It now can see Bluetooth devices on the device connection page and connect with my note 10. This is definitely not the user experience I hoped for when I purchased this, as it was not as convenient to connect and use via the phone for many months. I was able to use the device as a stand alone with button clicks on the main unit but this was frustrating on the occasions I miss clicked and went further than the program I wanted to use..
