Works great via both Bluetooth and WiFi connection. It would be nice if the device pushed a dying gasp when power is dropping to report power loss. This would enable you to report power loss notification. The app also need an option to enable notification when the WiFi connection is lost. Would be super helpful when away from RV a few days.

I had trouble getting the Gen2 EPO 50 Amp to be able to be found on wifi and Bluetooth. I had all permissions enabled, but for some reason it needs GPS location turned on to be found even though it doesn't say it. Of course you can turn it off once it's linked to your wifi. I found this out from calling Hughes to see if they could help, this fixed the issue and things are working well at the moment.

Well, I can not pair my phone to my PWD50W device. It shows the Bluetooth as being on, Bluetooth is on, on my phone, I select the WatchDog device, it tries to pair but doesn't. I can not access any of the information I need, like kilowatt hours. I have an extremely expensive surge protector that, I can't access or use any of it's functionality. I also tried to access the device via WiFi.....it would not connect. Vety very frustrated Galaxy S21 phone
