The customer service of Rotita is absolutely ridiculous. You can't call and talk to anybody. You have to do a chat and then it's with people that I am very convinced don't understand English at all. I have spent hours trying to just change one dress. I have actually determined not to buy anything from Rotita again even though I love their dress designs but it's not worth it because there's customer service absolutely stinks!!!

I love the clothes. good quality and reasonable price. I just wish it didn't take so long to receive your orders. something ordered for the season arrives too late to be worn very often, of at all, depending on when it was ordered.
