when I'm trying to renewal subscription service app will not load properly. so how am I suppose to renewal services. Another thing I paid over 60 USD to renewal services before. And the app still says need to renewal.

Pathetic service from zain. I tried the number portability yesterday to redbull by zain .. They offered me the agent, which will be delivered to the sim card between 10 am to 12pm, until now, I haven't gotten any calls from them. If they can't deliver the product in proper time, don't mention the timing. Then I tried to contact them via chat, but I waited more than 15- 20 minutes, with no response from their side. Don't trust their advertisements. Customer support is zero out of 100..

Worst mobile app I've ever experienced. I'm having hard time to purchase the monthly plan. Would not recommend it to anyone.
