App resets login information and other details EVERY TIME they update. It completely forgets who I am, forcing me to login and enter all details whenever they update. It's annoying because I have complete control of my phone so I shouldn't have to reset every few weeks and go through OTPs or login verification. Other than that it's a pretty well made app with many options to set up or change options on your lines. Fix the login and I'll update my rating to 5 stars.

very few features function correctly. for example, I have no email registered, but I'm logged in. I try to reset my password.... "a link has been sent to your primary email address. " What email address? I haven't given you my email yet! this app is terrible.

The app said my order will be delivered in 2 hours. They charged me and did not send any confirmation whatsoever to my email or phone number. They tried to deliver the order the next day but cancelled it by themselves without refunding when I did not pick up the phone. After a long wait Support told me they're gonna call me, called me at the wrong time next day and never tried to call again. They lied about the delivery time, stole my money, and had terrible communication throughout the process.
