Ratings and reviews

The Paidwork app has potential to be a decent platform, but is held back largely by a significant amount of bugs. The app lists six earning methods, however, it crashes immediately upon selecting most of them. The tasks that actually are available have comically low payouts, and poor grammar throughout the app interface doesn't inspire confidence. I will be uninstalling.

I accurately completed a task worth $5. After withdrawing, I received an email that said the money should appear in my PayPal within 2 hours. 5 hours later, it still hadn't. I emailed support and they told me first withdrawals usually take a few days. No biggie. Well, a week later and I just received an email that not only did they reverse the withdrawal, but they credited my account $0 instead of the $5 I rightfully earned. This shady practice is honestly disgusting. WOULD NOT recommend!

The app seems good and fun together use however, the withdrawal process didn't work for me until a month of trying and then the credits disappeared from the up but I didn't receive them on the wallet. The surveys don't work in my location and the games list needs update. I hope you guys fix the app for future use. Update: it is still not working properly, I haven't been refunded and I haven't received the payment.
