Ratings and reviews

It suddenly stopped working on my Nvidia Shield. On Google Play it says ENABLE, but if I click on it, nothing happens. Tried everything, including reset to factory settings, but to no avail. Any chance of an update to get back to normal? Otherwise the App is totally useless on that platform. UPDATE: I was contacted by customer support and they helped me to quickly fix the problem. Thanks!

Well, the Android version is working totally fine. But I am using this app mostly with my Samsung Smart TV and it's just horrible. The channels keep freezing all the time (especially the German channels) and sometimes, the app is crashing without any reason. After the freezing, the picture is always blurry. And that's really annoying. I'm not sure if I'm willing to continue watching TV with this app.

Got the ultimate edition for a long while now and for the most part was very content as my gf can watch her swiss channels. Realized that I have issues with my subscription recently. Subscription hasn't been recognize on my tv or phone. Even though I have been paying. Should have gone with a more trusted brand. Moving on to something else.
