Zealopia connects you to strangers who have gone through similar life problems like you so that you don't feel lonely. Each group chat is led by a mental health professional who is an expert in that group. You can use these chats to release stress, express depressive thoughts, manage anxiety and anger issues, battle lack of motivation and even understand parenting better. The biggest advantage is that you can be completely anonymous.

Zealopia aims to make mental health cheap and affordable at everyone's fingertips. These group chats are small support group of maximum 12 people connected for 60 days. You can share resources, vent out or just share how your day was in a community that truly understands you.

Support groups in an anonymous setting allow people to open up quickly and share intimate details of life without much apprehension. We live in a world where the cases of loneliness are increasing day by day despite online social channels. These problems affect our mental wellbeing in the longer run. Zealopia support groups allow you to feel supported, motivated and encouraged. We understand that mental health is expensive, so we offer this solution to make mental health solutions cheaper.

Zealopia's key features are:

ZEAL ZONE:
We get that traditional therapy may not be everyone's cup of tea. So we offer alternate forms of live therapy such as art therapy which includes painting, clay modelling, knitting, etc; dance therapy and writing therapy. We post the locations of these workshops online and you can buy your tickets per your interest to participate.

Our average group prices for 60 days are from 500 Rs to 1000 Rs. Note that Zealopia is not an emergency platform or a group therapy. This is a support group led by therapist. Zealopia is useful as a preventive measure and to navigate through daily life challenges, stress and anxiety and is not designed to replace traditional 1:1 therapy, psychiatry or medication.
