With Tone Room Deluxe, you can buy a la carte ringtones (pay per download), or sign up for a monthly subscription and get new credits that can be used to buy Ringtones at a discount.

This app is a farce! I'm charged $5 a month and the app doesn't even work you do a search everything comes back not found you click on one of the links on the home screen for trending or a certain genre comes back empty you finally find a list of songs you go to preview them it says loading for 5 minutes and then just goes away so there is no preview there is no photos there is nothing but them constantly taking money from your account that's it!
