About this app

ZeitRide Admin is the mobile companion to the ZeitRide dispatch platform for non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) providers. It gives administrators and dispatchers the live view of their operation from a phone.

Live fleet map
See every vehicle on the road, who is driving it, and when it last reported. Tap a vehicle for the driver's trips for the day.

Trips
Review the day's trips with pickup and drop-off times, live status, and the member's needs. Assign or reassign a driver from the trip.

Drivers and vehicles
Check who is on duty, on break, or off, and which vehicle each driver has. Open a vehicle to see its details and today's run.

Billing
Review completed trips that are ready to bill and their charges.

Who it is for
ZeitRide Admin requires a ZeitRide company account. Logins are issued by your company's ZeitRide administrator; the app does not offer self sign-up. It is built for the office side of the operation; drivers use the separate ZeitRide Driver app.

Privacy
The app collects only the signed-in user's name, email address, and user ID for authentication. Location permission is used only to show your own position on the fleet map and is never sent to ZeitRide or anyone else.
