Worst experience. I stay at one of their properties. It has cockroach infestations, no water available for the whole days. And the thing it no one is accountable for it. Only housekeeping people there and they tell to raise ticket on app but no response comes back. It's the worst place to stay . Better to go for any local pg as it has some owner or manager accountable for things. I myself am planning to move out as soon as possible

I have given my keys to the care taker on 9th of this month(September) as 10th was my last day but I didn't do the process on the app since I was traveling and also the process was informed by the caretaker on 11th. This is unprofessional behavior since I have talked with the customer care about the issue and they assured me they will update the refund but they didn't. This is totally not acceptable please look into the matter.

App is working fine. But with the recent update, the app starts with a long animation. Also, now it's not going to dark mode as it used to before.
