I JUST formed my LLC with Zen about an hour ago. I agreed to try their built-in banking system and it is still pending. However, regarding this app, it does not work. I installed it, logged-in and they had to text a security code. I put in the code and it says "Your account has been verified" but that's it. There is no way to get past that screen. There's no way to log-in. So, 1-star for the app. As for the rest, we'll see, though these negative reviews are unsettling.

Started my business with zen, added dba's did my annual filings anything i needed i used them, now we had an error on an amendment. when i reached out to customer service turns out they don't have any! I'm a great customer, I'm the customer I want at my business but they refused to do anything but apologize. So i fixed it myself and they lost a loyal customer for $100. Also it was very easy to fix really not worth the $100 they charge.

This company sucks. The support sucks and they charge your card for services you never asked for. Then when you try to cancel, there's no option on any website to cancel. You have to call or email them, and they say they're canceled, but they're not. They continue to charge you for things you never asked for.
