Ratings and reviews

ZERO convenience. Almost 48 hrs in,$500, no LLC, no website, no email, 5 tickets to IT, zero customer service response. They lock in your payment method so its almost impossible to cancel. At this point its a wash.

they are very slow and try to sell you ein number for 100 bucks and you can get for free they told me one date and was about 2 weeks later when I got llc cost me two contracts and helpers and what they do they blew up my email wanting more money they called everyday trying to upsale me more services and they haven't even done the 1st service compete yet do not use zen business they are a waste of money they have a zen business grant they don't even find they are the worst choice I made to start

Everything they did was wrong !!! They have the worst customer service I have ever tried to deal with. They charge for services I never received and did not ask for or want. They lied about the services they do provide. Most unprofessional people ever!! Save your money because you won't get it back unless you lawyer up. I would give negative stars if it was available. 3 days and I am not finishing up cleaning up the mess they made of my business filing. THEY SUCK!
