Ratings and reviews

The tool itself was useful. Depending on your genuine business factors, do it yourself with the state or a professional planner for the start instead. False "free" "included" statements marketed in plans, while charges accrue you can't cancel after months of non-itemized charges despite corporate change in partners. Other than taking payments to file free items, "packages" eat at basic LLC operating costs. Not advisors. Good for setup and as a tool but they've been known for security breaches.

I JUST formed my LLC with Zen about an hour ago. I agreed to try their built-in banking system and it is still pending. However, regarding this app, it does not work. I installed it, logged-in and they had to text a security code. I put in the code and it says "Your account has been verified" but that's it. There is no way to get past that screen. There's no way to log-in. So, 1-star for the app. As for the rest, we'll see, though these negative reviews are unsettling.
