This app is totally unreliable! 50% the time it doesn't work, I have to constantly reboot my phone, through the day. While I AM DRIVING!! I wish I didn't have to use it!! There has to be a better app out there! The "phone number" for the client, it does not work, nor does the "on my way" text messaging feature. I write all my appts down on a piece of paper, I only use this app to clock in because I have to, when that doesn't work, I have to have send a message to the office for them to do it.

constantly crashing before I finish notes or won't save notes. I've wasted hours on this app and see no option to contact support

terrible, literally unusable. the way you've designed the app, I cant even access the menu. you've got it locked at the bottom underneath my device keys. its default view is the calendar, and that's all I can access with it. i'm on a free trial and Im not even able to get the software up and running because your app is inadequate and your browser view is atrocious for a handheld. i'm deleting this account, and I'd rather pay double your fees elsewhere to not deal with this.
