it works I guess. its insanely slow. chats are super confusingly laid out, I have no idea what they were thinking. cannot upload anything other than absolutely tiny files so if you want to report an issue at work you better hope all fourteen pixels you're allowed to use can capture it. and it takes absolutely forever to upload anything. whoever designed this app has clearly never used it.

this app is so finicky even when I'm on good wi-fi. It can take anywhere from 5-20 seconds for the schedule to load when navigating from another menu. at one point it was sending me back to the late 1800s & not letting me navigate back to 2026. It takes several seconds too long to load chats. Sometimes when I'm actively typing in a chat the screen will go blank and then after 5 second of loading, it will kick me to messages main screen, losing whatever information I was typing.

We've had our 7Shifts subscription for about 6 months now, and use it for scheduling at our coffee shop. The idea? Love it! The website? Functional and easy to use. This app? Absolute junk as it is. It crashes. Some employees don't get chat notifications despite having notifications enabled. Sometimes, for seemingly no reason at all, when creating a shift, the app will save it in a different time zone. For instance, the shift is 9-1, the app will show it as 10-2. Needs work.

Offer banner requests are now smarter about who they bother, so employees and managers won’t make pointless attempts to get content they can’t use.

Shift Feedback notifications now stick to scheduled shifts, so folks won’t get nudged for a day they weren’t even working.
