This app shows me as an inactive member. It's unclear when my prepaid services are. It also shows me full priced services and, even then, sometimes priced incorrectly. It's supposed to be a helpful tool to expedite my experience with ease, but it Ultima leaves me frustrated and having to take extra steps to call the spa anyway. And although the spa staff is aways sweet and helpful, I'm sure their time would be best used to provide in-person customer care.

App does exactly as described. You can easily book future appointments, and can search for when your favorite massage therapists have time slots available. Choose what kind of service you desire, filter by therapist, and then check the dates you want for availability. You can also see your past appointments, so if you had a great therapist last time you can easily see who it was and book that therapist again. The only thing I wish this app had was the ability to view the number of pre-paid services on my account. One thing I need to look in to is that I got an email with a whole bunch of time slots available, and two hours later when I got on the app there were almost no time slots available on those dates. They could have been booked up in those two hours, or maybe the app doesn't list every single time slot. Will need to call my retreat to find out.

Pros: -Easy to set an appointment based on your availability or preferences on massage therapist -Choose your add-ons, services, etc. Cons: -I have been a member for well over a year at this point and I have only been able to see/show the 'member-exclusive pricing' once, every single other time I have booked it always shows me the higher 'non-member' pricing -It doesn't accurately show how many services you have used or have left, very misleading and confusing -No updates to fix said issues
