Studio owners, do not get this app/software. It is too complicated to use, definitely not user friendly. Been using this company for over 5 years and I do not want to switch because of the hassle of changing everything over. You can NOT prorate memberships to a desired date, instead, everything HAS to be prorated to the 1st. They ask you to file any suggestions to their customer service department, and, any reasonable suggestion never get looked at or listened too. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE.

Edit: 2 years later, the app has gotten worse. Slow load times have plagued ZenPlanner since roll out of their app. Never been fixed. Review went from a 3 star to a 2 star. Fairly bad app in a business sector that really needs great apps. Very slow loading, crashes, and won't connect for a lot of people. I will say it has gotten way better since it was first rolled out though.

My gym uses it solely, as far as I can tell, as a class sign up tool. And it barely does that. I can choose the class but I cannot add it to my own Google calendar. I just get the error "Warning! Could not find a suitable calendar." I queried support six months ago, and they said, Yeah, that's a bug on some phones. Except it's on my phone and my two tablets. Anyways, it's been six months. Fix it. UPDATE: It's been TWO YEARS and they haven't fixed the basic functionality of a scheduling app.
