Fast Field is the companion app for sales reps, van-sales teams and merchandisers who spend their day on the road. It turns a phone into a rep's whole kit: the day's route, the customer's history, the price list, the order pad and the receipt book — and it keeps working when the signal doesn't.
Fast Field is an add-on for businesses already running Fast Retail. You'll sign in with the account your office gives you.

COLLECT PAYMENTS ON THE SPOT
• Record a payment against a customer and see their outstanding balance update.
• Payments are applied to the oldest open invoices automatically, so the ledger stays clean.
• Take cash with no signal — it uploads itself the moment you're back online.

BUILT TO WORK WITH NO SIGNAL
This is not an app that shows a spinner in a basement. Every screen reads from the phone, not the network:
• Customers, catalogue, prices and invoices are stored on the device.
• New customers, orders, payments and photos are saved instantly and queued.
• The queue uploads in the background as soon as there's a connection, in the right order, and is duplicate-safe — the same order can never be sent twice.
• Settings shows exactly what's still waiting to sync and flags anything the office rejected.
LOCATION SHARING — ONLY WHILE YOU'RE ON SHIFT
Fast Field shares your location with your office so supervisors can see the team on a live map and confirm visits.
• Location is collected only while your shift is open — including when the app is in the background or the screen is off, so tracking survives a phone in a pocket.
• A permanent notification is on screen the entire time location is being collected.
• End your shift and collection stops immediately. Nothing is recorded off shift, on your own time.
• Location is used only for route tracking, visit check-ins and pinning customer addresses. It is never sold or shared with anyone outside your business.
WORKS THE WAY YOUR BUSINESS IS SET UP
• Sign in once and pick your business and branch — reps covering more than one are supported.
• Amounts show in your business's own currency.
