About this app

1Stage Live turns any phone or tablet into an extra screen for your 1Stage meeting setup. Open the app and it finds the 1Stage computer on your Wi-Fi by itself — or scan the QR code — and you're connected. No account, no cloud, no setup.

Pick what each screen shows:
• Stage — mirror the main stage display: talk timer, clock, and raised-hand alerts
• Clock — a clean full-screen meeting clock
• Duties — this meeting's assignments board: platform, microphones, audio, video, attendants
• Speaker — a speaker's monitor with the remaining time, part title, and private cues
• Next up — the live run of show: every part, who has it, and where the meeting is right now

Change the view right on the device with the on-screen menu, or assign a view to each connected screen from the 1Stage computer — either side can choose, and they stay in sync.

• Raised-hand alerts with the name, from Zoom or the hall
• Meeting schedule and duties import automatically from your scheduling program on the PC
