1dB turns your phone into a real-time sound level meter and audio analyzer built for engineers, technicians, and anyone serious about sound.

MEASURE
• Live SPL with min / max / average / peak hold
• A, C and Z frequency weighting (dBA / dBC / dBZ)
• Fast (125 ms) and Slow (1 s) time weighting
• LEQ with selectable windows: continuous, 3s, 5s, 30s, 1 min
• Noise dose to NIOSH (85/3), OSHA (90/5) or EU (87/3)
• Crest factor, dominant frequency, and a clipping/overload warning

ANALYZE
• Real-time 1/3-octave analyzer (31.5 Hz - 20 kHz)
• Live history chart with a max-hold marker on the gauge
• Adjustable meter range for quiet or loud environments

GENERATE
• Built-in pink noise, white noise and sine tones for testing and calibration

CALIBRATE
• Single-point calibration offset - match a reference meter or a 94/114 dB acoustic calibrator
• Uses a low-processing microphone input for cleaner readings
