Syncs with p12 smartwatch easily, just press 'jump' at the login screen (no account needed). Sadly this watch shows wrong blood pressure and no provision to calibrate the watch against a medical BP cuff exists in the software, so most of the data is bogus. Also some the menu's appear in chinese so I dont know what I'm clicking half the time. Maybe I can find a use for the watch without the software, but at least the software got the correct time to show on the watch. Disappointed in the hardware, and the app.

Mixed between return and trying to figure out how to get all of it to work. Can't get the weight kilogram to go to pounds, weather can't figure out how to set it and how you get it to light up with out touching it, blood pressure isn't transferring to bp page. This watch has more than anything I've tried. I bought it for it's functions. Finding another smartwatch like this isn't easy. Usually I can find a YouTube video to help but none go far enough. Manual doesn't go in detail about functions.

Overall I'm very impressed with the Fit Tech and Customer Service responded very promptly and corrected an issue I caused in short order. The phone app and wrist piece firmware need upgrading drastically and asap! Need an option to display either Imperial or Metric readout. There are some options in Settings but they aren't changing anything for me and there's no option to change temperature from Celsius to Fahrenheit for example. Need to add the option to automatically check blood pressure.
