Tracking ok. Very poor communication system. Takes too many attempts to connect to a person on phone. Ticket raising is not user friendly. Responce to raised ticket is poor or sometimes no responce. Hang ups of gps location are common and sometimes resolve spontaneously or remain at same location for hours or days even the vehicle is moved from that place. If you succeed to connect with the call centre, it gets released sometimes.

I am writing to express serious dissatisfaction with the service I have received. After completing my subscription, I expected timely and reliable support. However, your service team has been consistently unresponsive, making it extremely difficult to resolve issues that have arisen. It is unacceptable that once a subscriber completes their payment, the service goes live immediately, yet no assistance is available when problems occur. This lack of customer support reflects poorly on your commit

I took Premium Yearly Subscription after being told I would get good loads in my location. After activation, no orders at all, especially for Mini category vehicles. Customer care is not supportive, and refund is refused. False promises were given just to sell premium. Very disappointing service.
