Very happy with the product and service, only thing is we have to start purchase the goods on daily basis which is not required, because it refunds in the name of zcoins, for which validity expires at some time that to for our money, that I felt its not fair.

Worst app ever. Pathetic concept of zCoins, no explanation on why the value of coins may get deducted. Also while ordering using zcoins some problem was there so I cancelled the process nd saw 0 zCoins in my account, the order was not even placed. I mean do u even understand thats it was my money actually nd not some promocode points that once used cant be reused.

This is the most horrible app ever. Don't fall for its offers, It's a trap! They keep those items on sale which never gets sold. Moreover, they gave me z points which at the time of payment didn't get deducted. I again had to get the payment done by my bank account. Now in order to completely use my z points I have to order something forcibly becoz they won't send the money back in my bank account!! Worst app ever!! Horrible! Not at all satisfied!!

They are so irresponsible. They mention something else on the app and deliver something else and then they argue that it is not their fault as the information was given (actually no information was given) and then refuse to exchange or return. Total wastage of money. Never shopping with them again. The customer care of also of no use at all. Pathetic experience.

The zivame's specific products are good. Material used is just awesome. But I don't like the prices. The prices are too too too high. I saw same zivame products in another apps like nykaa there the price of the same product was lesser than the half. I feel a bit cheated. Better you work more on giving right price to the products. So except price im very happy with zivame.

Zivame is nothing but a bunch of liars handling it. I ordered this Amante product and the same one I bought from the original Amante site as well. But the one from Zivame is fake. They sent me a size which doesn't look like one I ordered and is smaller size and is of cheap material compared to the original Amante website product. Previously I ordered twice from them different sizes but the issue was same so I had to return them twice.

Everything was great until I used the products once. Delivery was on time, the material was upto mark but I used the products just once and they are beginning to wear out. Zivame was good previously. But, off late, while there is an increase in the variety, there is substantial decrease in the stocks, I guess! Not once have I been able to find my size (which is quite common). Disappointed everytime. What is the point of hosting those sales when customers don't get their size at all!

So many flaws on app and so much limited options, you will spend hours to select a product for you(thanks to their software where not much products are for healthy ladies) and when you have placed an order and done with payment, you will receive a only a msg that the products are not available and they will change the money to zcoins, eventually landing you to buy a even expensive product!

as mentioned by so many others, the concept od z coins is pathetic. if u dont like a product and are returning it, the amount should be credited back to your account and not given in form of credit note. the sale is always on but you hardly get anything worthwhile like you may not get the product or size u want.
