The APP requires phone permissions, address book permissions, and call record permissions. You can cancel or deny these permissions at any time, but if you do not have these permissions, functions such as call reminders and missed call reminders will not be available.

Obtaining address book permission is to ensure that the watch can display caller ID reminders.

Keeps unbinding itself from the watch. Really gets aggravating because then it doesnt want to reconnect. And I have to uninstall the app and reinstall it. And then it still won't connect. Its ridiculous. So I've had this for months. And all has been well, last night. I went to go change the face on my watch, but the app keeps saying its connecting. And it won't connect anymore. And my watch says it's disconnected. So idk how to fix this.

I purchased two GoFit watches to track Blood Pressure and Heart rate during migraines. This was on the recommendation of my PCP. I wish I had done more research. Even after calibration, readings weren't even close to a BP cuff. Notifications from apps , or lack thereof were disappointing. Sleep recording function is virtually non existent. Customer support is also just about non existent. They got my money for the cost of the two watches, my mistake !!

I love the watch that comes with the app, but the app hardly works. It only stays open for a few seconds, long enough to sync with the watch, then closes out with a message saying "experiencing difficulties" or something close to. Please fix the problem, as I would like to be able to access the app. Edit: my trouble starts when I try to sync the weather.
