Tried getting signed up for over an hour. You need to verify your email address with a code that gets sent to your email - but a code never came through. Tried two different email addresses, checked spam and junk folders, and resending the code multiple times. Could not rent a bike because of it.

the worst bike rental app. been trying to download since an hour and i think zoom also wants its e bike customer to be in a delima over the app. by far the worst experience for me who's tech savvy, god help others. my sincere request to the users, try other apps like i had already done before i tried zoom for better pricing and worst services. i had thought a great deal about them as they are good at car rentals,i have my doubts today which I'll convey to my near and dear ones along with my foll

Comfortable to ride. Bikes appear to be kept in good condition! More gear options would be nice and option of renting e-bike at this location is recommended, if possible. Thank you very much.
