The bikes were great (need alittle tune up, mine kept skipping gears and my husband's breaks weren't the tightest) the trails were amazing. The lock up process was alittle hard, we didn't know you have to slide the lock bar yourself when done with the bike to lock it up. But good ride, great date day

Failed to lock bike at end of trip 2 of 4 times. The Bluetooth symbol spinner spun endlessly, but the lock didn't lock. The timer kept running. I called Zoom and they said someone would check on the bikes and a manager would call. Now I have to hassle for a refumd. Won't rent again.
